Day Training offers dog parents an alternative to traditional dog training group classes. These training session will be a total of 12 lessons between the trainer and your dog. This will help you and your dog's training goals move a little faster, whether it's basic training or more complicated behavioral issues. There will be two lessons per week, with each lesson being one-hour. Day Training takes place at the dog’s place of residence or at a nearby public location as a part of the training environment. During these lessons, the trainer will work alone with the dog to teach cues and work on behavior modifications that the client and trainer have agreed upon. The client and trainer will have a total of 3 transfer sessions to help clients learn and understand the skills that your trainer has been working on with your dog. Homework handouts, behavioral information, and videos will be provided after every session. The Sensitive Dog only uses reward based; science based modern dog training methods. No fear or aversive methods are ever used.
